With around 40 employees – most of whom have been with us for some time – Florentz und Partner is an established middle-market company.

This has allowed our organization to reach the ideal size for our services portfolio: On the one hand, we have an attractive pool of highly qualified specialists and generalists who can be organized into powerful teams on an individual client basis. These are headed by the firm’s partners and a management team consisting of experienced auditors, tax advisers and lawyers. On the other hand, we are still small enough to ensure continuity of personnel: the person appointed as your adviser will not only systematically look after your interests and ensure complete coordination of your case, he or she will also be the well informed point of contact for all matters.

All our employees know each other extremely well – for example from the internal training courses that we have been successfully running for many years. They know what their colleagues’ specialist areas are and are experienced team workers. When an engagement is completed, they report to their superior on the results of their work and discuss the outlook for the future.
