Electronic banking
We can use electronic banking solutions to import your account data directly from your bank’s data center. Payroll data is exported from the payroll accounting system we maintain for you. And your electronic cash ledgers can be imported into the accounting system.
Electronic voucher accounting
We use an electronic voucher accounting system. This means that you no longer have to send vouchers in paper form. Instead, you transmit them electronically, either by scanning them in or by faxing them to your own dedicated fax number. The advantage of this procedure is that the vouchers are also immediately stored in a digital voucher archive, which significantly simplifies compliance with the legal retention requirements.
Payments
We can also prepare your payment transactions. We can prepare direct debits or credit transfer forms for you, or transmit your payment data online to your bank.
E-mail encryption
We can offer encrypted e-mail to ensure secure data transmission. We can provide encryption via Datev for a minimal charge.
Online access
To ensure that you have read-only access to your financial accounts and all reports 24x7, we can offer tailored secure online access facilities. This means that you can print management accounting reports whenever you want, or track individual invoices.
